Montgomery Parc
A renewed office environment with respect for the existing structure
Montgomery Parc was designed with maximum preservation of the original structure, significantly reducing the ecological footprint. The building underwent a thorough transformation, integrating high-end office spaces, coworking zones and outdoor work areas into a green and future-oriented setting.
The complex comprises 22,000 m² of office space, 930 m² of archive space, 263 bicycle parking spaces and 237 car parking spaces. In addition, it offers a 1,000 m² sports centre, a 5,000 m² private park, three commercial units and a crèche.
Montgomery Parc achieved a BREEAM Outstanding certification, the highest distinction in sustainable construction. The project is also WELL Precertified™, marking an important step towards obtaining the WELL Building Standard — an international benchmark focused on occupant health and well-being. Together, these recognitions underline the project’s strong commitment to energy efficiency, water management, responsible material use and user comfort.
Well-being and productivity at the centre
The design emphasises abundant natural daylight, premium materials and quiet workspaces to create a pleasant and productive environment. The presence of a sports centre, relaxation areas and a lush private park enhances both mental and physical well-being. Flexible layouts and innovative building technologies ensure the structure can grow alongside the ambitions and evolving needs of future occupants.
A realisation supported by strong partners
The project is the result of a close collaboration between Kolmont, B2AI, Ensaco, MDP and SuReal, with additional partners including Seco, De Fonseca, Plan D., Sol-ex, Universoil and Divatec. Thanks to this multidisciplinary teamwork, Montgomery Parc has become a new benchmark in sustainable office development in Brussels.
