Energy hills
Our unique and patented Energy Hills are as powerful as they are beautiful. Energy Hills are powerful hydrobatteries that manage your energy assets, while functioning as ecological landmarks at the same time. This concept is suitable to redevelop brownfields, abandoned industrial sites, historic landfill locations etc.
Thanks to the unique and patented technology, we succeed in perfectly coordinating energy consumption and production. We build a green hill with a height of about 40 metres. A water basin is placed on top of that hill. Green energy, derived from the excess production of renewable energy sources, can be used to pump up water and to store this energy in a basin on top of the energy hill. This potential energy can be converted into hydroelectricity if necessary.
