On the Havanasite in the north of Antwerp, a new energy-neutral building will soon arise. It will serve as the main base for most of the operational services of the city of Antwerp. Social housing site 'Strijdros' officially inaugurated

In Evere, today the Brusselse Gewestelijke Huisvestingsmaatschappij (BGHM) and Comensia inaugurated 130 new social housing units. The Strijdros (Destrier) project, realized by Cordeel Belgium, not only comprises 130 social housing units but also a high-quality communal facility, featuring new premises for the Maison Coopérative Destrier.

Maypole celebration Campus Drie Eiken

A special moment yesterday at the 'Drie Eiken' site in Wilrijk. Less than a year after the start of the construction works, the project has reached its highest point, and thus, around 50 employees from Cordeel Belgium, POLO, Xior, LIFE, and Universiteit Antwerpen gathered for the Maypole celebration!
