Building of new school complex and sports hall
Cordeel has built a brand new school complex and a large sports hall on the site of the Heilig Hart Technical Institute in Hasselt. We also created a long strip of greenery with trees. Cordeel Maintenance is responsible for looking after the entire campus for a 30-year period.

NEN 2767 maintenance standard
We are maintaining the buildings and technical systems in accordance with the NEN 2767 maintenance standard. The work covers day-to-day operations, supervision, general maintenance and rapid response services. Our remit is to ensure the reliable operation of all aspects of the building units and the technical systems, including preventive maintenance, regular monitoring and inspections of components.
