The two towers, designed by Vanbelle & Medina and CONIX RDBM Architects, assigned by Great Grey Investments and Wonam, have a height of 115 and 95 metres and will be a major landmark for the region's skyline.
The two towers will be almost energy-neutral through the use of heat and cold sources, green roofs and solar panels. The project will go through a BREEAM procedure with the ambition to obtain level Excellent (4 stars) based on the BREEAM-NL New Build and Renovation 2014 v2.0 guideline. This will make it one of the largest and most sustainable mixed-use high-rise developments in the Netherlands.
Within Cordeel Group, C-concrete is also involved for precast concrete elements.
The residential units have recently been purchase Greystar.
Completion is scheduled for autumn 2025.
