C-innovation repurposes tennis balls for acoustic insulation

Did you know that every year, 3 million used tennis and padel balls end up in the trash? C-innovation, part of Cordeel Group, Tennis en Padel Vlaanderen and several other partners are teaming to tackle this waste problem.

We are starting a project to give these balls a second life by repurposing them for acoustic insulation in our construction projects. Even the entire structure of the recycling bin is made with circular products. This way, we're not only reducing waste but also creating sustainable solutions for our community. On the Havanasite in the north of Antwerp, a new energy-neutral building will soon arise. It will serve as the main base for most of the operational services of the city of Antwerp. Social housing site 'Strijdros' officially inaugurated

In Evere, today the Brusselse Gewestelijke Huisvestingsmaatschappij (BGHM) and Comensia inaugurated 130 new social housing units. The Strijdros (Destrier) project, realized by Cordeel Belgium, not only comprises 130 social housing units but also a high-quality communal facility, featuring new premises for the Maison Coopérative Destrier.
