Leadership as a catalyst for inclusivity

People relate more easily to real stories and see new possibilities for themselves. That’s why it’s essential to actively highlight our role models." 

Pascale Van Damme also emphasizes the importance of visibility and mentorship: "Throughout my career, I have been fortunate to be inspired and challenged by various mentors and role models. They helped me grow, and as a leader, I see it as my responsibility to do the same for others. Attracting talent is important, but supporting and developing it is even more crucial, so that everyone can reach their full potential and accelerate their growth.
