Meiboom celebration Hotel Duo

Symbolic moment today at the Hotel Duo (Holiday Inn and Adagio) construction site in Diegem. The project has reached its highest point, and approximately 130 employees from Cordeel, developer Candor, Binst Architects, engineering firm Macobo-Stabo, and Imtech gathered for the meiboom (maypole) celebration. It was the perfect opportunity to thank everyone for their hard work with some food and drinks.

Cordeel is building 2 new hotels on Berkenlaan in Diegem, nearby Zaventem airport. The Holiday Inn hotel consists of 9 floors and has 208 hotel rooms. The Adagio hotel has 7 floors and is an aparthotel with 160 rooms. Spaces with supporting functions will be provided on the ground floor.

Imtech is responsible for all the technical installations for this project, from HVAC and sanitary to all the electrical installations.

On the Havanasite in the north of Antwerp, a new energy-neutral building will soon arise. It will serve as the main base for most of the operational services of the city of Antwerp. The realization of this new building has been awarded to Team 't Noord, consisting of Cordeel Belgium, Van Roey, Binst architects, and AAVO architects.

Social housing site 'Strijdros' officially inaugurated

In Evere, today the Brusselse Gewestelijke Huisvestingsmaatschappij (BGHM) and Comensia inaugurated 130 new social housing units. The Strijdros (Destrier) project, realized by Cordeel Belgium, not only comprises 130 social housing units but also a high-quality communal facility, featuring new premises for the Maison Coopérative Destrier.
