High-tech support building for Bayer global headquarters
Key focus on sustainability
It took just 18 calendar weeks to construct the support building. There was a strong focus on sustainability throughout, including many advanced features such as the installation of climate ceilings as well as energy-efficient cooling and heating technology and insulation. The building provides space for up to 90 workstations and three conference rooms
Short construction time without budget overruns
The design by Quant Architecture was elaborated in a design, construct and build contract with a short construction time and without budget overruns. The result is a future-proof building of high quality. Geelen can look back on a successful project in which common goals, commitment and team spirit led to an outstanding result and a highly satisfied client.
