High-tech support building for Bayer global headquarters

In 2015, Geelen Vastgoed & Bouw completed a high-tech support building, part of the global headquarters of Bayer CropScience Vegetable Seeds in Nunhem. Despite the limited construction time, the building (1,500 m2) complies with very high standards.

Key focus on sustainability

It took just 18 calendar weeks to construct the support building. There was a strong focus on sustainability throughout, including many advanced features such as the installation of climate ceilings as well as energy-efficient cooling and heating technology and insulation. The building provides space for up to 90 workstations and three conference rooms

Short construction time without budget overruns

The design by Quant Architecture was elaborated in a design, construct and build contract with a short construction time and without budget overruns. The result is a future-proof building of high quality.
